Downtown Alpharetta is undergoing a massive transformation. The Hamilton Hotel of Georgia has broken ground. The first level of the new hotel’s structural concrete has been set with the fire escape stairwell going up higher and nicely. An exterior variance has been requested with a meeting scheduled for August 24 at City Hall to allow Alpharetta government officials and Alpharetta residents to weigh in on the desired change.
